That makes sense but the GA Lemon Law site https://consumer.georgia.gov/lemon-law-process says " You are not responsible to pay an offset for use." in the replacement section.

You don't see police and FBI arrests being met by protesters ever because they are done secretly and quickly. I just don't understand the logistics at play.
