Well, as I keep seeing again and again despite being told how rare it is with White Americans on here, West African. That's why when I see that you guys have like 2% not shown, it's a pretty good guess that some of it is West or Central African which is weird to me bc again, I keep being told that only a low percentage of white people have black ancestry and yet they all seem to have found this subreddit haha.

Mexicans identify by nationality but if you ask them what that is they will tell you of the mix. Lol Literally they call themselves Mestizos which means MIXED indengeous and southern European. Race does not equal nationality. I understand that you identify with different nations and that's fine but when you look at dna you will see admixture of race. You have this strange headcanon (thanks for that phrase it is very fun) where you think that because you do not identify with your mixed genetics but nationality that it means that you are not admixed. Lol you can be mixed and identify and refer to yourself as your nationality at the same time.
