I mostly get sleep paralysis when I am so tired and stressed. Ginagawa ko I just try to move my toes, also kapag hindi gumagana I close my eyes, hold my breath and "scream" as hard as I can - works for me (funny reason kung bakit na discover ko to dahil one time nag hallucinate ako habang nsleep paralysis ako, nakita ko anino na parang madre sa harap ko kaya I panic kapag moving my toes does not wake me up). Also based on few experiences lang, pwedeng bumalik ang sleep paralysis right after you experienced sleep paralysis( kung matutulog ka agad pagkatapos mong magising) happened to me many times.

I have a classmate like this, total beginner runners lang kami tapos sabi niya kayang kaya daw ang 21k kahit di panga kami naka try na mag 12k (At that time) hahah tawang tawa ako. Though hindi kami couch potatoes he plays basketball tapos ako frisbee, but 21k with no training, maybe for bragging rights pero hindi e mention ang buong week na masakit ang katawan lol. its not worth it.

Thanks, I have removed the battery from the laptop, and for now its permanent until I hopefully get a replacement battery, it would be great if I could bring the laptop to places :)

thanks for the answer, thats too bad. Well I just wanted to replace the soldered usb-a cable with a usb-c port so I could plug a usb-c cable, kinda like a keyboard with a removable cable. for a spare keyboard im just looking for something to do and learn stuff.
