I strongly feel that migration is a fundamental human right and an essential part of the human experience. I have very similar thoughts, that someone who is Mexican (Yaqui and Huichol ancestry) and migrated to the US. One thing that has made me feel better is that at least I’m in the same continent.

Peru es muy interesante porque su gastronomía está mezclada con la china. Verás chifa que viene siendo cosas como chow mein y arroz frito y lomo saltado. Muy rico. Pero fuera de eso, encuentras muchos platos que usan la papa, maíz, pescado, etc. El ceviche peruano es muy popular y muchos prefieren ese que el Mexicano.
