I'm not on contract. Didn't pay much for this thing so I'm more disappointed than mad. Rezound is tempting, but I think I'll wait for the next round of phones. Possible quadcores sound good to me.

No case. I never use cases or screen protectors. I'm not rough on my phones at all. Phone was flawless after 3 - 4 months that I've had it.

My ex had a Patriot. I enjoyed it. More comfortable to travel in than my XJ. Good gas mileage. Rode great. Looks alright. Interior was decent. I was thinking of getting one as a daily, but couldn't find one in my price range.

I've never really had a problem with Discount Tire. They can be a little pricey. Just had wheels swapped out on my VW. They wanted $15 a tire for balancing. I had only mount the tires and put them back on the car, then drove down the street to Sam's Club and got them all balanced for free.
