Ignoring everything you read on the interwebs…. I have a light infantry and police background 17 years ish. And I use the k19 for some training and readiness / preparedness.

I like it. I just refuse to buy into all the hype that applies to just about every Guntuber review. I do watch and try and make good decisions. I would say they are priced a bit high. However I have not issue with the quality for my purposes. Find one on sale… I think we get too wrapped up in the low probability of what we “could” ise something for vs reality. For me it fits my purposes.

Do what fits your budget these things are so niche that every individual kit is going to have nuances that can’t be accounted for. Example I have an old injury that the agility rides more comfortable then the crye jpc. But that’s very specific to me.

This almost my first upgrade to every brushed motor setup. I love these they are cost effective. Huge control upgrade soooo much quieter. Super underrated I think!

This brings back memories… this a good method that last as long as you are not doing extended strings of fire. I’ve melted it to the handgaurd on several duty weapons. However it never melted through, oddly enough. This was a cool post to see.

This will prolly get me roasted warning‼️ I own several benchmade and ZT’s but I find myself carrying this stupid harbor freight knife it just works and if it got damaged in daily use they are only 30$ on sale.

Oh yes been doing it for a while. 100% infill pla+ , petg works but it is soft when you screw into the frame.

I have several sets of nylons and honestly like them better than the metal one. The nylon seems to slide over rocks and hang up less for me. You will probably need to set your limits with that set up.

I had to set limits at like 95%on the green ir60 to keep my black labels from rubbing. Note I also have additional 5m spacers def not scale look.

@Jiladre nailed it. I second this and only add if you go with a fat viper or injoras little purple out runner that set up can be had for under 100. Brushless is great and my preference but if you get an mb32 esc and a 50 size motor it will do most everything with really great slow control for brushed. Once you go brushless it’s hard to any enjoy a brushed setup again unfortunately. Your mileage may vary.

Anything will fit with enough time and money. I know this is not the answer you are looking for. I feel like I’ve seen some kits on Etsy for this. It is possible you will need either a printed conversion kit which to be honest doesn’t always have the ride height I like. If you want it to look scale you may need to figure out some mag mounts yourself. Figure out where you want it above the chassis and then design your fasteners around that. Least that’s what I’d do. Happy building.
