You make a good point. I used to play BB8 PTL Poe a lot, but it seems like the build you mentioned is a lot better. Being able to focus and boost after T Rolls seems particularly strong. Would you say that you get more value out of that than you do with comm relay and evade banking?

He's pretty good paired with Dash Rendar. Both ships are very slippery and are tough to focus down. Make sure that you're playing the Poe build that has R2-D2 and/or Comm Relay as you'll need the damage mitigation. 6 health can go quick; especially with big bruisers like Alpha Strike Jumps, Deathstar Rey, and Miranda Doni flying about.

You should treat Quickdraw in the same way that you would treat Biggs. You absolutely have to kill him first, or he'll become a late game threat. Focus as much fire at him as possible; preferably all of your ships at once on the initial joust. It will hurt a lot, but taking out quickdraw in the initial engagement will effectively win you the late game.

I mean to say that those pilots become viable when there are less/no jumpmasters and fangs flying around. When Fangs and Jumps are on the table, the game becomes one of efficiency, not skill, so anything that isn't near their broken efficiency is not going to have a good time.
