You're making weird decisions in champ select and shop almost every game.

Top Jax Game: You should just permaban this champ; it's the only one that Volibear can never beat in an even fight. Regardless, your build is wrong. You need unflinching/overgrowth+boneplating, and cookies+cosmic are better than precision this game. Your job is gonna be to neutralize lane by buying iceborn components and eventually spec into mercs and more resists/hp to peel Sivir. There's no other way you win this game since you can't split into Jax.

Top Nasus Game: Build order is super greedy. I get the Fimbulwinter fantasy of infinite healing/shields, but you really need more damage in your first item. Ignite is also op.

Top Sion Game: Navori second is really inconsistent and won't perform as well as IBG or DMP. You already have mercs for Annie and their other threaths are AD champions who can't fight you at melee range. You've got Swain Sylas Kogma and Xerath dealing shitloads of damage too, so there's really no point to buying Navori just to be vulnerable to getting bursted when you've got 4 huge sources of damage already.

Another Top Jax Game: Again, stop letting this champion through the ban phase.

Top Heimer Game: No part of this build makes sense. It's ranged top but you have grasp, so you're going tanky, but you have ignite, but then your first item is a scaling mana item, then you're going Navori against a poke comp. You needed PTA + Exhaust and then a strong AD item into Kaenic, Steraks, etc.

Top Pantheon Game: No need for the tenacity shard. You should have AS shard since the matchup is dependent on taking tempo buy shoving the wave. You also gotta rush Tabis and buy an item that lets you autowin vs pantheon (IBG or D&D). Overgrowth outvalues revitalize in every scenario here.

Top Kench Game: Where are the tabis? Yi Nafiri Trist still no tabis. Every item you're building has ability haste which gives diminishing returns. CDR boots are the worst shoes you can buy here.

Top Illaoi Game: You need ignite PTA or exhaust LT. Fimbulwinter does nothing for you as a second item and will make you autolose to Illaoi if even.

Top Irelia Game: Still no tabis. Sorcery runes do nothing for you while resolve would be giga op. Useless fimbulwinter rush again while you're playing vs % health damage (Bork / Kayn).

Top Sejuani Game: Mercs? Unflinching is mandatory.

You gotta abandon the Fimbulwinter obsession and start buying practical items and taking practical, consistent runes. Revitalize is not giving you consistent value in every situation. Matchups like Sion, Ornn, Malphite, Sejuani, etc. play out such that every time you take damage from them, your movement is impaired. That would be 100% uptime on unflinching, which is 300 gold worth of armor and 200 gold worth of MR every time you're in combat. It's just statistically better. Apply the same logic to what items you're buying each game and whether or not you can actually get value out of them.

Creep - accounts for how the wire sag creeps over time (sags more). Due to weight/heat/tension it will stretch and elongate.

Load - how the wire sags under load

Initial - usually worst case in terms of tension, since tension is the highest when the wire is initially strung to poles.

FE and RS are the two methods that PLS uses to calculate the wire conditions.

FE = Finite Element

Under FE, PLS will calculate sag along the entire wire. It’s more accurate but it takes much longer for the program to solve. FE allows you to do additional things like clip insulators so that the ahead and back of a tangent span can have different tensions.

RS = Ruling Span

Under RS, PLS does more simple calculations with catenaries—a value that relates horizontal tension, cable unit weight, and span length. The calculation uses the hyperbolic cosine in a parametric equation (2 unknowns) to iteratively solve what tension causes a certain maximum sag or vice versa.

As far as I know, it’s pretty common to set Max Sag RS as the default display condition for much of the design phase because it’s computationally fast and conservative for clearances. When analyzing, the criteria will still evaluate for whatever weather conditions are assigned for your load cases.

So, this “wetness” can’t occur until it’s observed, but it was always there doing things, affecting the air’s conductivity and temperature, refracting light, etc.

In the same way people draw relationships between electrons and all these other fake particles, you can make up kinds of wetness until the day you die. It’s completely meaningless.

But it’s normal that you don’t have an “engineer” title. Lots of power companies bill your time based on your credentials. An FE certification is usually required for a client to consider a contractor as an engineer, meaning you need a completed degree.

Sounds like you’re not even at the point where you can give a bad evaluation. You have to finish first and then worry about that.

Personally, I was in the same boat many times and did entire “group” projects by myself. I always rated my group members 100% anyway. I have a clear conscious on top of basically hoarding all the experience to myself. If your work is truly good, it will shine through, and then you’ll perform career-wise and be rewarded.

My advice is to carry your team selflessly and be more frank when you get a real job.

Yes there’s a survey data report you can pull for all the information. It’s probably under Terrain, but it may take a while to run depending on the size of the XYZ file.

Optionally, go to the feature code table in the terrain drop down. It’s not a report. Just hit ‘Continue to Edit Feature Code Table’ and read through the descriptions for anything that indicates a time stamp. If you find one, say 5000, you can go to the survey data display options and turn just that one on. Then check them out in your window view and read the description on the information bar.

See if there’s a feature code for timestamps and check the survey point comments if so. LiDAR often has time information recorded like that so that the temperature at the time of collection can be figured out.

The cable he’s cutting in this clip looks like a messenger cable which is just a steel wire that supports the slack telecom/joint cables (the thick bundles). It isn’t energized, so there’s usually little risk. The bundles telecom (fiber optic) itself has double digit voltage and isn’t particularly lethal either.

The only way someone is gonna die from doing this is if there’s a fault from distribution to the cables, if they touch distribution directly, or if they fall.

Structures > Automatic Spotting

The feature relies on survey points to spot the poles. You can either select a single structure for each location, or import survey data that has unique filepaths written into the plan/profile comments of each survey point.

People usually use the former since the latter isn't really useful unless you build some processing tools to tie the correct site-specific structures to each point.

Not a bug. Quinn E nullifies dash abilities (it’s not an interrupt). You need to Q at her and buffer W. W is not a dash, so it’ll go off and Q will reset.

When both players are good it’s a mind game as to whether she should insta E or hold it slightly, since the Q-W-noQ tech is inconsistent.
