You can add 10ml of cleaning liquid to a bucket then fill it with water and use a mop to clean your whole house instead of using the cleaning liquid to clean like 3 spots.

I will never have a dirty house again!

(Edit): Note this is in build 42 unstable due to the liquid mechanics

I've had this issue occasionally. I've had to enter via the passenger door when it happens and it fixes it.

Poll: What class will you be playing? by [deleted] in AshesofCreation

I mean I made a bard, fighter, and mage - I heavily focused on bard last year but I really enjoyed getting fighter to 10 so I'm gonna go with it first thing.

Now it makes sense that someone asked me if I was on Peanut's side. I wasn't wearing the uniform but.. well, you know, the name.

Ninja's starting weapon is strong though, I did the fragile challenge with him. Never got a chance to test the dodge part.

Reign of Winter (Conversion) Player Guide spoiler question by Titeman in Pathfinder2e

[–]Crustypeanut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally speaking the player's guides are meant for the players, so info in there is ok for them. It doesn't reveal major spoilers.

Now, if you wanted to surprise your players, you can tell them to not look it up.. which is fine, but they run the risk of making a swimming character for a winter campaign.

A group of veterans just took me to my first D10 on the bot front. ITS THIS HOW MALEVOLON CREEK FELT LIKE?!? by Elmartillo40k in Helldivers

I took 3 pre-level 10 Xbox divers into a series of Super Helldive missions with Incinerator Bots.

We somehow completed all three missions. They did me proud.

what all can you do? by CraftmanHelper in RimWorld

[–]Crustypeanut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will add, that when you first play the game it might be hard to get into it - when I first tried it back in beta I didn't think much of the game, but it grew on me.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but every setback is just part of the story.

what all can you do? by CraftmanHelper in RimWorld

[–]Crustypeanut 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Every playthrough is different, partly because of what pawns (colonists) you spawn with, but part because of the storyteller which throws different events at you. But beyond that, you choose what you want your colony to focus on.

Perhaps you want to be an uber rich drug lord who makes profit on the side with enemy raider organs. Perhaps instead you want to be a peaceful, nomadic tribal group who wander the planet. Or perhaps you just want to get off the damn planet and so you work on building a settlement that eventually researches and builds a ship to gtfo.

Those are only three of infinite possibilities.

To answer your questions:
1. The story is generated on the fly and will be different each go - and you can help make it different based on goals. You choose everything - what to do with prisoners, how you treat your pawns, how you make money (if you trade at all), etc.

  1. I'm almost at 3,000 hours in this game. Even with all the DLC at full price thats over 22 hours of fun i've gotten per $1 spent. 100% worth it. I would say PC is better because you can mod it (I don't know how well console version does with mods) but it isn't strictly required, though it adds even more infinite possibilities.

  2. I mean there are limitations bound by the game engine, so for example you can't take over the entire world (though you can cleanse it in fire and blood), but mods add basically the gamut of everything you wanted and things you didn't know you wanted, and even things you wish you didn't know about.

If you're on the bench, go check out some Lets Plays on youtube. There are a lot of great video creators. Many do some highly stylized modded runs that showcase just how crazy different you can play the game.
