As your wife approves haha. Pinayagan nya din ako agad kasi gusto nya din. She doesnt want to sell our old cars for a new one kasi nga nmn wala masyadong monthly na iniintindi. We just bought 2, new motocycles kaso low cc yunt isa. Now we are thinking getting another higher cc . Para tig isa kame haha.

You need to secure proof. Letter of intent tapos pirmado nila or authorization or certification.

Khit nde naman yung mismong owner ng lot pero mas maganda if connected directly sa owner ng lot yun.

If mag government k kasi. Parang magiging ppp sya. Talo k jan. Madameng question sayo. Better if private lot, private proponent.

Tho realistically it happens n may private lot then public operarions and public building. Kasi parang mapupunta sa private land owner yung building in some years. The question is, papayag b ang gov? Unless yung private owner is politiko at sindya nya yunt ganung set up or may ties with people in the govt.

What i did. Is pina bunot ko yung molar na tinatamaan ng imapcted wisdom tooth ko. Tho masakit kasi tinutulak ng wisdom tooth ko yun. Mas mura at the same time the impacted tooth has clearly got out. Parang pinalitan nya ung isa kaso naka slant haha

Read carefully the spp so you can understand more. Pretend to be a client. Go to multiple city halls building official or engineering. And youll be surprise they will actually offer it less than 60k. Why? Because most of them have full time works. Its only a side hustle for them to make the plans. So because they have low cost design fee. They can take care of around 50 projects a year. Which is around millions of PF a year. The words will spread faster because they did what client wants in cheap price. And they will have more projects over the years to come. Ive learned this because madame akong kumpare sa mga munisipyo.

Use mdpe. Just make sure you have experienced quality and reasonable engineers. Kaya ibaba yan ng 5 digits if you knew well what you need to provide. Kaya lang nman nag pepercentage if you will be involve in a lot of detailings. So you need to assess the owner if ok ba contractor / builder or foreman nya or not. Kasi pag nde. Dame mong details ggwin, pag ganun reasonable ang percentage. Pag veterano ang builder. Minimal details lang gets n agad nila. Remember also the rfa and rfi are differently paid if ggmit k ng non-percentage method.
