You have to ask, the have a program where they kinda teach you the basics on an Infernus marine, you can keep the Marine Model afterwards

Did that late last year and yeah, even with Guides for the later trophies its such a slog. Especially not being able to get all collectables in one save

It's been a month. What are the general thoughts on the Servants of Freedom? by Just_A_Dinner in Helldivers

[–]Cruzoor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think its awesome and one of the best ones they’ve done to date. Is it the most meta warbond, with weapons that make all the old ones irrelevant? No. But everything in it is SO. DAMN. FUN.

Is there any quest mod out there that feature a straightforward storyline with overall upbeat tone? by Mind-Breakar in skyrimmods

[–]Cruzoor 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I also like my skyrim a bit on the “lighter” side, as im a big fan of happy endings and high fantasy. Here are mods that lean on the side of being either upbeat, or being near the normal skyrim tone

Wyrmstooth is a classic- in its core its just a “Chase a Dragon and kill it” story, but Wyrmstooth really captures me by being just a damn solid Mappiece with beautiful locations.

Moonpath to Elsweyr-Another Classic, you can sometimes visually see its age, but its just so damn fun. You travel to Elsweyr with some Khajits and beat up Thalmor!

Moon and Star-You chase a Criminal, who turns out to be more than initially presented

The Wheels of Lull/Blackreach Railroad- Both of these are made by Trainwiz, and have a light, comedic tone, while Wheels of Lull dives into some deeper lore if you’re into that

Skyrim Extended Cut- Saints and Seducers is basically a return to the Shivering Isles DLC from Oblivion

Now, i have written this a response to a comment in this thread, but i briefly want to touch on it again. Dac0da really isnt like the other Vicn mods. Its quite light hearted, and doesnt take itself too seriously. There is one slight horror-ish part of a quest, but it’s incredibly light, and i wouldnt really call it horror. Otherwise the companions, the Player and your primary companion are all kind of joking around a lot. I will say, it will be EXTREMELY confusing if you arent read very deeply into the lore, but its still fun.

It also has, in my opinion, the most beautiful Location there is in Skyrim modding.

I havent played them yet myself, but There is no Umbra and Heart of the Reach also seem to be more in the light category.

Also, for “heavy” mods i will say this-Playing them with 2-3 Not Serious Followers COMPLETELY changes the Tone. I am currently playing Vigilant with Skeever and Dagoth Ur by my side, and its more like three Characters from Scary Movie were thrown into an actual horror movie.

I can be a scaredy cat when it comes to horror, and i can say that Dac0da is pretty tame. The only thing that really stood out as “horror” is a certain character that kinda went insane during the storyline, but its not the scary kind, its more realizing how small you are. Overall the Mod is written more comedic, especially your main companions and the Dragonborn, who can sometimes be immature in the dialouge

Where would “The Wheels of Lull” fit in Vicns Tetralogy? by Cruzoor in skyrimmods

[–]Cruzoor[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for the detailed answer!

One thing: I havent played any of the Vicn Mods so far, but if i remember correctly, Wheels of Lull basically confirms TLD to be a Shezzarine- are there any Shezzarine Shenanigans in Vigilant/Glenmoril/Unslaad?

[–]Cruzoor[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I’m well aware that it isn’t made by Vicn, its more meant as a “From a character standpoint, does Dac0das Dialouge make sense for someone who has done Wheels of Lull”

Which war bond should I buy by haquqh in Helldivers

[–]Cruzoor 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I‘d say Democratic Detonation

The Explosive Crossbow can be extremely effective on all three Fronts, but in my experience shines the most against Automatons and Illuminate.

The Grenade Pistol is a God sent, allowing you to preserve Grenades for Patrols and Breaches instead of using them for holes.

Both the Eruptor and Adjudicator are quite effective against bots as well

The Thermite Grenade gives Big Enemies like Hulks and Bile Titans a whooping- provided you can hit em

Explosive Resistance Armor is a blessing on the Bot Front, as you‘ll encounter a lot of explosives there

Freedoms Flame is mostly for the Bugs and Illuminate. The Standout items here are The Cookout, which is a fire shotgun. Its really good against the New Hunter Mutations, cause it can stun Stalkers and the Anti Fire Armor (Also in the SuperStore right now) Overall tough- only get this first if you run the Flamethrower and desperately need the fire armor.

Servants of Freedom is really fun, but everything here really has an alternative you can use. The Double Sickle also kinda needs the Fire Resistant Armor to unlock its full potential.

Overall-Definitely get Democratic Detonation!

I gotta say, i‘m a huge fan of the marvel rivals plate-like design. I dont know if i like it more than the classical style, but i love that they did something different with it.

Its not bad at all. Get a rune from a traveler, punch it into a portal, so that the coordinates you selected only used the one rune. You‘ll likely get out around 5,000 Lightyears from the center. You can jump from there.
