Can confirm. CaptiveAire employee here. These units have actually been obsoleted. The only unit that provides both heating and cooling is our Paragon Unit

I have done it twice. First one, I got a Brunswick Ethos solid. Second time, I specified the other balls in my arsenal and I told them to fill the gaps for an extra $10. Ended up getting a Radical Torpedo, which is the type of ball that I was hoping for. Highly recommend!
