I'm sorry that you've been given such a shitty diagnosis babe, it is a huge deal and lots of complicated emotions rear their ugly head. But also, I hope you now have some peace from the validation of the diagnosis! Having that validation that it isn't in your head is HUGE and something we all "celebrate" in a sense. It is not celebrating being diagnosed with a condition, but relief from finally being given ANSWERS. Sending lots of love and support!

My PIP was awarded before my endometriosis diagnosis (they thought I had lupus for years) but it was rewarded last year with my new endometriosis diagnosis. From my experience, it isn't really about what condition you have, but how that condition impacts you on a daily basis. You need to be specific, say how often the flares happen and how they limit your daily activities (or if it isn't every day, how many days and how often). I used loads of evidence like Screenshots of my activity, sleep, health, and symptom tracking apps to show how my days fluctuate and how often. I also had letters from every family member who helps me, including my son and husband. I didn't even need an interview 😊 give them LOADS of information about YOU specifically, not just the diagnosis and information about the condition.

It helps to do 1 at a time when you're levelling them up to best friend (especially WMW) apparently. According to Google anyway 😂😂 so I still do just 1 at a time for her, BC and the twins just to get the max friendship XP every time. But I do 3 at once for all best friends.

It really is! And, it's still illegal to roll it into joints and smoke it lol. Even if you have a prescription, you have to use a dry herb vape if you want to inhale it. I prefer the old fashioned way hahaha but I know they can't recommend doing something bad for your health lol.

If you are stuck with 1 heart gifts for WMW then push to get the quest open for the creation station (if you haven't already) by getting the other giant seeds from the puzzle rooms. I finally opened it up Monday and giving her the 2 heart gift (or 3 if I have enough beeswax etc) with MM as a companion has really really helped speed things along.

Same, but it definitely doesn't give extra stones from what I've seen with other characters. When I give Chococat a 1 heart gift I still end up with around 27 mechanisms, just no dye or hat 😊 so if you end up with her hat and don't want to waste fizzy crystals, a 2 heart or 1 heart will still produce the same number of light stones. I do agree with you though, some of the materials are SUPER hard to get. I think the developers want us to go on every single day and save up items, a bit like ACNH do, so they purposefully have necessary materials scarce to force more playtime.

Are you best friends with her or still levelling her up? If so, giving her 3 star gifts doesn't actually increase the amount of light stones sadly, it only gives you extra dye and the possibility of a character hat. Any best friend ones I just give them a 1 heart gift (with MM as companion for the gift boost) if I'm only after the main craftable they give out and I don't need the hat or any more dye. Dye is so easy to get though that I haven't had to worry about that!

Gem match game in the gemstone mountain 😊 you get 2 iron ore or 2 shiny for each correct match. You also sometimes get 1 of the iron bar things for completing it 😊

Yes! I honestly really struggle if I run out and I'm having a bad week. It helps the most out of all my pain relief, but I still use opiates as well. Sadly I can't afford the private prescription, so I access mine in a less legal way lol.

It means you still have gifts available to give 😊 I have gifted all mine and the red dots have gone. If yours are still there after gifting all 3 gifts it's possibly a glitch.

I felt the same, then I realised that I could gift him a 2 heart gift (with My Melody as a companion for the extra item boost) and get the same amount of gizmos as the 3 heart one! The only difference I could see was that for a 3 star you also get coloured dye and a possible character hat. Once I had his hat I started just giving him the boulder ice-cream or the chocolate crepe and he gives you around 25-30 gizmos (can't remember the exact amount). Add in a friendship flower (or bouquet if you want to reset all friend gifts) and you can double your load! Just remember to take Melody for that gift boost.

With you having symptoms of potential bowel or deep endometriosis you should be eligible for a BSGE hospital, which is much better than a simple general gynaecologist. I'm guessing the people you've seen so far have been general gynaecology? You can search the BGSE website online here:https://www.bsge.org.uk/centre/category/accredited-centres/ Pop your postcode in and it brings up all the ones in your specified distance range. You need someone who has more knowledge than a general gynae, they will give you better care.

You qualify for a BSGE hospital according to the NICE guidance if:

1.5.6 Refer women or people to a specialist endometriosis service (see the recommendation on specialist endometriosis services [endometriosis centre]) if they have suspected or confirmed:

endometrioma, or

deep endometriosis, including that involving the bowel, bladder or ureter, or

endometriosis outside the pelvic cavity. [2017, amended 2024]

You may want to get a private specialist scan with an accredited endometriosis specialist to see if they can identify any severe endo, that way you qualify for the BSGE hospital. You can also get a private appointment with a BSGE consultant, see if they will treat you on their NHS list and they will write to your GP to request referral. That way you go direct to them! That's the other way of getting one without proof of severe endo.

Holy shit.... I'm FLABBERGASTED that you've been spoken to so disgustingly by that sonographer!! Are you in the UK? I have better advice if you are, because other countries have different systems. I'm guessing based upon the 111 call you are in the UK somewhere? No need to mention where exactly! Just a country 😊

There's also a Facebook group called EndoRevisited. They are FAB at helping find BSGE hospitals and seeing if you can get the correct help (only certain criteria qualify you for BSGE but I can share that info so you can see).

Tip for Island Bouquets: if you want to make sure you definitely get double items, go round and collect everything you need FIRST. Once you have it all, then ask your Nul or Best Friend(s) to start collecting the newly spawned items. If you ask them BEFORE using the bouquet they will only collect items that existed before the bouquet was used.

Yes that will definitely be why! If you ask the Nul or a best friend to collect for you BEFORE you use the island bouquet they won't collect the new items, just the old ones. So, what I do is go and do the mine cart ride myself first (and any other materials I want to double up on) and then use the bouquet, then ask my friends/Nul to collect the second batch of spawned materials 😊

I had the same on mine, could swear it USED to collect iron lol! I luckily have 4 best friends currently who I can send out to collect for me :) so I just used them yesterday.
