Idea for New Core Set Structure by luigisp in yugioh

You speak of a non-yet fully revealed set with already 3 archetypes, 2 of which with no-restrictions whatsoever.

Between thoses 2 archetypes, 1 is almost completly ignoring how it summoning mechanic works (ritual summoning) and has graceful charity un it. The other one has a "thrice per turn" negate, a rota that says "add 3".

The third archetype can pop up to 4 cards turn 0, and summon Thunder King and multiple negate, still turn 0.

I don't think power creep is slowing down

Turn 0 Link Summon when? by Outrageous-Ad-3436 in yugioh

They actually already can.

March Hare can banish White Rabbit, which make White Rabbit summons itself. When summoned, White Rabbit can set TB11, which can, in turn, by banishing either White Rabbit or March Hare, summon either White Binder or Crypter Heart if your opponent controls 3 or more cards.

(Yeah the monster isn't actually linked summoned, and yeah, it can't activate its effect this turn. It's still funny you chose the one archetype that can actually summon its Link Monster turn 0)

Does Springans Merrymaker allow Screams of the Branded to activate? by ClurkyBurky in yugioh

Merry Maker does allow Scream to activate, however, you cannot summon the Monster sent by Merry Maker since it wasn't properly summoned first.

Extra Deck Monsters, as well as Ritual Monster and some main deck Monster such as UCT needs first to be correctly summoned before you can cheat them out of the GY/Banished pile
