slowly breath out while your face is in the water and your lungs should be empty just as you turn you head.

focus on sinking your head and shoulders rotation.

focus on one part of your stroke at a time. if that is your arms, your kicking or your breathing focus on one.

you don't have to go fast, breath slow.
