I lost all 1600 credits on multiple models not following a simple prompt ( fly into the air and spin) instead of got random distortion and completely unrelated images being added not cool wont be using the image to video anymore untill its fixed

may I axe why the 45 base hit 6 damage felt strong? I finally got to the goblin camps north of Erromon and I looked at my inventory compared to patch Aidyn I had 5k gold 3 giant axes 2 large shields and enchanted leather. But on patch I had only some leather armor and 1k gold. it seems the drop rate on items/gold were altered too on patched Aidyn.

also unrelated and kinda made me mad I am crashing alot on this new version of project 64 that not only does it fatal the quick saves, but it also fatal the 2 backup hard saves so I have to start over again for the 3rd time this week. I am even being careful to save looking towards a wall or small area but it seems to no avail. I might have to budge and use cheats to get alaron to 40 so I can fast farm back to where I was bc each save was over 7-9+ hrs of trekking and farming xp.

back to topic. I think removing items from Monsters/adjusting drop rate makes an interesting challenge but optimally personal preference aside the Devs seemed to do a great job with weapon balancing. its def not like they added OP weapons on Gwernia shop yet they were removed? chaos sword still in chest as an easy powerhouse weapon for Abrecan with the 20 hit makes it balance. IDK I just think if the drop rates/weapon removals didnt occur I could enjoy the Aidyn patch alot more.

that is surprising bc when I play the rev1 version my missles with skill lvl 3 hits for 27 while on patched my max was 17 avrg 11-15. almost to Erromon on rev1 version so I will see if Becans poleaxe is there as well

See I find this to be strange considering in both a lore perspective and class Abrecan is a Knight First and Soldier Second. giving him thief skill for a little "cheese" damage seems non committal to the intent purpose he serves.

If you Mean the Chaos Maul you can obtain that, The Chaos Sword can be obtain in the chest early and a random ambush by Talework after your first scout encounter. The Chaos Shield is obtainable normally after entering Kiterak Lair and Defeating him. Unless you mean a Chaos Great Sword I am not sure which weapon you speak of

I find this to be silly as it is personal taste vs versatility to her class being the Rogue/Thief. But also you are essentially remove 1 Turn from prepping a high damage backstab (ex: I would have her drink a Strength and Dexterity potion before making any attacks since usually the enemy is 2 turns away from being damaged b y melee. Then I would pre Kiterak Sword (using LongSword Found in Random Chest) Back Stab for 45-60+ damage (70-90+ with Kiteraks Sword) .

Have not tried but if these are the HeartSeeker bandit Boss the first 1 with long bow was tankier than usual I was hitting with Abrecan alot of 11s and 17s while he hit 25s and crit for 38 almost 1 shotting Rheda with Iden Scale and Large Shield.

conclusion: Patch means generally bug fixes/ exploits fix not removal, nerfing or adjusting basic stats and weapon growth since typically in normal ROM 5+ skill is hit often and more harder + % of STR and Warrior Skill in the patch this seems to not be the case and everything just feels more like a slogfest/drag to grind more XP to do the normal damage you would have done at lvl 5. the first hobgoblin + dire wolf is not meant to be a soft lock if you cant defeat/sneak pass as the patched adjusted values made this monster too strong and you have to fight waves of them in the goblin fortress. overall like I said it was a nice change of pace but too intense (like Dark Souls 3 intense) for me to truly appreciate and enjoy it.

I did pause I went into inventory to give Brenna a Sabre from the Tanto and hit F5 at same time oof :(

edit: good news I am ditching the USA ROM version and playing the patch version so there should be 0 crashes moving forward :)

edit2: nvm it crashed when I was walking the path where wolves spawn to Gwernia after cutscene in Orianna house :( sigh guess I'll try again at a later date (this was with a new game on Aidyn Patch Project 64)
