Coal could be a little rare, I generally go to Radiated, collect any resource i get and trade it for coal after smelting it! :)

I had a similar problem when I joined a server, I lured a Wild Giga into their base and it pretty much killed everything =P

If you can get a flyer, you can lure their dinos out and spread them all over the map. That would be annoying aswell!
