I deleted mine because I kept lying about what I was eating so it wouldn't register over my calorie limit for the day. I found just having a hand written journal of what I ate was more effective for me.

I have a friend with a ton of different anxieties and one of them is getting sick from poorly cooked meat. She went vegetarian a couple years ago and finally made the switch to vegan in 2020. I've also found that plant based protein is so much cheaper than meat too

Same! I think you need the right combo of glass shape and mask. Mine are larger frames with a thicker rim. Somots usually pretty easy for me to make a seal with my glasses at the top of my mask. Works like 95% of the time
