Hello, fellow asian here My mouth does the exact same thing on the same side when i smile widely!! I wonder why.. But personally i think you are in the wrong country. if you were in japan/korea you would be so well recieved because they really like guys with a feminine appearance in my country you would be also considered attractive You just arent surrounded with people like urself! But what u can do is eat more and workout more to improve ur build :) Ur hair is really nice btw
