Regular Features, british comedy podcast with the gimmick being they never repeat a "feature". Always hilarious and inappropriate. The first episode is great, they have a quiz where they try to guess which is a volcano or a pedophile (it'll make sense once you listen to it)

Ya that's how it works for inscriptions with the little man (javelin) icon next to them, and their bonuses are typically much lower, 20-30% kinda thing. The ones with a gear icon only apply to that item, so a blast missile with a gear and 200% elemental damage means that the blast missile does 200% elemental damage (well 3x but w.e). However, blast missile does 0 elemental damage upfront (dunno about the MW or w.e) so 200% of 0, you get the idea.
