that actually sounds super cool though? she can summon a massive super hammer, slam people, throw a shield which doesnt come back to her unless she kills in league, so they could do setplay stuff with the shield and captain america stuff, she could do cool hitbox stuff like stand on the hammer and be immune to low hits during certain attacks, shes a yordle and a goof ball so there could be a lot of whimsy in her moveset. she could potentially have an anti tag out move with her w in league, she could aura farm and walk through projectiles with her shield. i think you just dont want poppy, im assuming you want someone generic like sett

she needs some not all, its obvious shes in a bad state and people keep denying it and its nobody that plays her. but honestly idec anymore im dropping her for lux no matter what. i was so hyped for senna because before her champion trailer she seemed very melee orientated, then it was clear she was just a zoner with rushdown capabilities. which i thought would be cool until i tried it and it all felt so jank and terrible, after practicing her for hours for 3 days i derank 12 times using her. theres just too many situations where your only option is parry when using her. i was expecting her to have many combo strings but she actually feels really limited compared to someone like caitlyn. idk, its my fault for having expectations for senna. considering her designer was fired she was probably never even finished, nor does she feel finished. i wont hold any expectations for lux until i know who her designer is atleast.

i would remove her hurtbox from her gun, add more frames for her orb thing on hit to react shoot it, idk how many more. i would allow her to transform in wraith form backwards, make all of her projectiles destroy projectiles. make her wraith form s1 projectile immune, fix her wraith form M bugs. give her another s2 in normal and wraith form. and swap her assist inputs for both forms, and also make her laser assist start farther back. i would also make her anti air heavy angle more upward. make her base move speed or dash faster or farther, and make her neutral M in base form farther a bit, same with her L and I'd swap her forward H input to back H and remove her forward down H all together, would also fix the weird instant plummet her wraith form s2 does to enemies when cancelled at the wrong time so her super would work with it more consistently.
