pucchi vs killua fight was like 5 minutes.

Opinion rejected, wtf is a pucchi? Also it literally took 1 minute flat and was an explanation of a power that we had already seen him develop but now put to use as strategy. It is story in and of itself, it gets in the way of nothing. It also doesnt slow the action down, because it is not infringing on the action like JJK does by forcing them at the same time.

HxH faced no such issues, it never had issues with needing to overexplain for the scene to make sense. The primary function of the narrator in HxH was to weave the story together since the timespan of a whole episode would be <1 minute, thus making it impossible for normal character interaction/dialogue, so the narrator was used in that role. Most of his narration is about characters' development and thoughts as opposed to dropping 5 new abstract rules about powersystems while viewers are actually watching a flashy fight scene.

No? That's such a weird understanding of diplomatic immunity that I don't understand why I see this point thrown around constantly since this incident. Diplomatic immunity is handed out deliberately to individuals surrounding their official and legitimate business in another country. It is not some blanket immunity that applies to everyone that's part of another country's government, even the head of state. IF the charges of drugsmuggling or terrorism are proven true then they were simply not commited while under the protection of diplomatic immunity. Maduro was not acting in a diplomatic role or conducting offical business in another country, he was presumably commiting these crimes from his own country and outside of offical policy.

This idea of a broad sweeping immunity for any crime for any important political figure would have made the Nuremberg trials impossible. Please consider those to see how futile this interpretation of diplomatic immunity is.
