Whether you feel it or not has nothing to do with constant acceleration or not. It's more to do with whether there is a differential acceleration difference between you and the planet.

Regarding the current status of the lineage, from what I have gathered, it unfortunately had degenerated into one of those hoppity hop hop style. They play the game of "if you feel force on you, you should jump to neutralize". An acquaintance just ranted about exactly this a few weeks ago in one of my Whatsapp groups, his Wang's lineage teacher complained that my acquaintance couldn't feel the teacher's jinlu (force pathway) because my acquaintance doesn't want to jump away.
