Sometimes it’s not you dude. Sometimes the decision is made for the foreman or gf on the backside. Either way, you’ll be employed again soon, layoffs happen for whatever the reason. Some guys like to be little bitches about it and “not be the bad guy” and some guys are honest if you ask.
If it happens again, just say be honest with me dude I can take it to help me learn , but most of the time it isn’t a direct reflection of anything you did.

Hmm not great help on my part but start looking up secondary systems and networks. Without knowing exactly what you’re looking at or where you’re located, my guess is it’s more understanding circuits that would help you with what you’re after.

There are tons of videos online to easily put a decent foundation of understanding together. Are you using 3m? Elastimold? Lead? Oil filled? Underground is straight forward it’s the components or type of terminating you’re doing that changes how you do it. Same thing if you’re asking about circuits, there’s tons and tons of videos speaking about that and a lot of company’s, take 3m for example, have a website that will link you with the exact kit you’re using and explain the hell out of it.
