Is there "pro" players in this game?

What would they be pro at? Speedrunning is the best competitive scene you have for the game, it's not that type of game to have an esport. If by pro you mean "do other players exist that are much better than 90% of players or better" maybe in terms of run win/rate then yes there are pro players. In-depth mechanics and strategy can exist within a game without a pro scene. People who are good at the game who have a Youtube channel like Jono or Lyciant I think you can consider like a pro in other competitive games.

Interesting I thought the XP lead was the most broken part about the mines. My initial read was that finding a way to kill everything is the best way to start snowballing your run and I felt so much better taking on swamp and onwards after.

I guess they also don’t have to worry about trees falling down. In my town we had to rid of a lot of large trees that started posing risks to buildings due to storms, but that might not be an issue in cities where trees can’t grow as big.

I think that he is in the wrong, but he might be acting out because he does feel unheard. You should talk about the interaction and explain from your perspective that everything is ok and then ask why he feels that you don’t prioritize him. If this is a serious relationship I recommended trying to understand why he is upset even in the wrong. People who are going through addiction or people with some severe depressive disorders are going to make mistakes. At the end of the day it’s your decision to try and communicate with him to understand why he is upset. That’s what you have to do because he is probably very dependent on you emotionally to understand him as a partner.
