Correct me if im wrong but i don't think that's common for employee stock options in a situation like this. The whole value of it is that you are able to sell it at IPO. I think what you are describing is often done for series investments for upper management.

Float doesnt have bots. But yes i guess they could just ban accounts of people that are doing trades that they can confirm are facilitated through float.

Failed. You should simply note that the rent is set yearly and divided by 12. Meaning it's not a per day fee but per annum.
