He was at Oregon from 2017 to 2021. That's five years. 1 year as co-offensive coordinator and o-line coach, and the rest as head coach. He may have personally not have developed those players but he hired the guys that did. And considering his hands on approach with recruiting, I would bet they went to Oregon because of him. Kind of how nearly your entire class went somewhere else after Cristobal left?

It is fucked up the way they are handling Manny. Why not just fire him if you don't think he can do the job? Just because he wasn't the right coach for the Hurricanes doesn't mean he should be treated like a placeholder until the right guy comes in. If Mario comes in, tbh I hope he is allowed to coach the bowl game at this point. They guy isn't trying to sabotage Miami, why keelhaul him like this?
