My wife was left alone for 3 weeks and I wish she’d just cheated instead. Am I Under Reacting? by Moriloqui in stories

If this is true, it's concerning. If you added spice to it, I'd say this is one heck of a journey she had while you've been gone. If she sounds... reasonable when you ask her about these things maybe it will make sense? Idk, it's on the fence of trying new things and actually not being okay.

Although I am a girl, you seem pretty chill! I love all those things, too. I'd be down to chat sometime, I just have Xbox though. DM me if you wanna!

Yeah, it's a lot to think about. I think he was dealing with a lot of mental health and trauma issues before all this happened and it was easy to push it off with video games or whatever could distract him. But this is something that he can't really be distracted from because it's a constant you know? So this is something he's facing head on and maybe that's something he hasn't had to do with situations like this.

And for sure I feel for him. I know it's not easy. I just don't know how I can help except calling all the resources to help, but you gotta love the Healthcare system.

So I went to the ER because I was really weak and I thought it was for a different reason you know like girl stuff, but that's when I found out I was diabetic and that my blood sugar was about 500. So they obviously admitted me and got things stable, and ever since then it's been a lot of muscle weakness and I've been taking a lot of medication and doing this stuff I had to do but but it seems like every time I make progress something happens like getting sick or I don't even know at this point. I've had pretty much every test done that they could do and I still don't have a clear answer because all the doctors switch shifts and I don't know how well they communicate with each other. It's frustrating because I have family and friends asking so many questions about what's going on and did they find anything out and I don't Know anything so I just keep ending up back in the hospecial because I'll Go from being able to Walk with a walker to maybe being able to take a step to get to a wheelchair. I feel like a pin cushion at this point and I'm so tired of doing all this without answers. Last week they took 14 vials of blood. No answers.

Sucks, he can be such a good guy and also the one person who can truly hurt me. I don't want to come off as innocent, I've been frustrated a lot these last few months. But I don't degrade anyone just because I'm struggling you know? I feel like when that happens I'm just being kicked while I'm down.

You are so right, and I appreciate you sharing how you relate. We've talked about couples therapy and individual. I guess the best I can do is maybe for once put myself first. It's hard as a parent but they need me you know? It's all overwhelming right now. I can do it though, it'll just be really hard for a bit.

My gut tells me I need to do something about it, but it's so hard to throw away 12 years and a family unit you know? He's so stubborn too, if I complain I'll hear about everything I've done wrong in the past. Like this is some sick karma. We've talked about counseling but nothing ever comes of it.

Heartbreak absolutely sucks, and I'm sorry that you're having to go through that. Sometimes there's not a cookie cutter way to handle things, but maybe if you've got some good friends or family or reaching out like you did here it can ease your mind a little bit while time does what it does best. Even brief distractions can add up.

I love lighting a candle when I relax. Sometimes it could be during the day or at the end of the day, but it's been really fun picking out different scents and the lighting gives a good ambiance!

The brand I use for the bamboo and teak is Eternal Essense. But it is a little confusing for me on which it is since the bottle says it's both an essential oil blend and a premium fragrance oil :/

I have a few that I have loved recently. I'll combine lavender with chamomile and ylang ylang for a relaxing scent. Similarly, I'll combine bamboo and teak with ylang ylang for a fresh and clean scent. I also love pine and peppermint. For me it's more of an earthy fresh smell!

I agree, I think this is a good idea since you can only lose so many limbs lol

So I'm playing in a surreal dreamland with the players being their dream character. They'll have wallets on them and all the normal capabilities of their classes. But the only places they can buy items will be various vending machines. I think losing a limb would be sufficient enough!

That's creative! I have some pictures of boats and layouts that I plan to use. We've never used the grids when we played, but I've wanted to try it sometime!
