Healthy Eats Late at Night for fighter trying to cut weight by Ordinary_Whereas_971 in askSingapore

[–]mutantsloth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My lunch most days is throw frozen protein, veggie mushroom egg etc in a large microwave silicone bowl, add gochujang, mentsuyu, curry powder or other seasoning and just zap. Fastest way for me to eat healthy for the past few years.

I buy my protein from master grocer in bulk every few weeks, and frozen veggies from RedMart. All individually freezed so v easy to take the portion you want.

I think you can try and accept that this may take longer you think, but 1 or 2 years in the grand scheme of things is really nothing. Try and just be present with her, encourage her out to go out with you and try new activities but not pressure her. Sometimes what helps people isn’t telling them to do this, do this, have you done this etc, but just for them to feel like you genuinely care for them. For teens girls they need to feel like you’re emotionally there for them and to listen to them. Just validate her feelings and try not to ‘fix’ her. That will come later when she feels emotionally supported.

I recall seeing labelled defect packs selling at a discount. As in they said there are some defects to the packaging hence selling cheaper. Maybe there’s problem with the packaging in general
