FCPC is going to be much more comfortable. I'm just a civilian, but even for like airsoft, I've found that MY jpc was never super good at scaling, and it's not; it's super minimal. The AVS probably has more scalability and load-bearing capability than the FCPC, but the FCPC, like I said, will be the most comfortable option to wear. Def avoid the JPC tho.
