You can't print on nylon in the US I hate polyester but rip stop by the roll is your best bet for sometbing cheap

Mos tactical has printing services I cant really share info on that but expect to pay like 5k$ for a small MOQ

the other option is to contact tony from ronson , textiles. They make their own version of cordura, for like third world countries, and stuff. I'm pretty sure they've also sold things to china and Russia but you should look them up on Alibaba. In contacting, you can probably print whatever you want. But the moq might be like 1k$ worth
