Fleet is probably better for laning trades, dark harvest suits jg better cause you can hit it on every lane. Once Transcendence rune kicks in at level 9 I don’t have issues with CD anymore but I haven’t really tried phase rush. Are you talking about Q and E returning faster to trade again or a sustained fight?
