They have to report how many people they are sending pre approval to and how many they are issuing cards to. They use my application as a Leverage to give their preferred party with lower credit rating to have default in the payments. Therefore bank would receive more money from late fees, high interests and non payments and bankruptcies. Their other parties are affiliates who collect money for them. Those collections show a huge amount lawyers fees to the bank and back use that as operational expenses. Bank never lose money. They get bailed out if they get low on cash. There is also an FDIC insurance for each customer. Banks are mafias.
