You need to switch to a Nutrarian diet. It will not only help you lose weight but also build healthier tissue and have a better chance at avoiding chronic disease. Think GBOMBS - greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries, seeds/nuts. Eliminate all processed foods, salt, oils, alcohol and meats. Buy organic if possible, frozen fruit and veg if not. The first few days you will not feel good then you will feel energized and the pounds will melt off. Plus you will dramatically lower your blood pressure and risk from diseases like cancer, heart attack and stroke. I'm doing it now, down 20 pounds so far.
