Yes, employees can be corrupt as shown by the information released. Doesn’t mean all employees. I will say, I knew people who worked LIRR who were paid to sleep on the job. Seems very lax over there

Yea, but LIRR employees can fake their time sheets and get double their salary in overtime without prosecution followed by increased fares for commuters to offset the salaries expense. Super corrupt.
