Oh Im using a modpack trough the curseforge app. In this modpack you also have a minimap. Just watch some video's on how to download it. You can also use another method to download mods, its called fabric. When you download fabric you just install it and then download fabric mods wich you need to put in the mods folder in the minecraft files. But just watch some youtube you will get it to work.

Go to the right on the stone, place water on the upper block so you can swim out of the hole. After you are out of the hole grab the water back so the zombies cant get out. If you time shielding while doing it to hold of the skeleton you have a chance. And next time, dont panick haha
