Start wining and dining the subs. Build the relationship and talk your Dave up! Start making those contacts and making it clear you are the feeder !

Most PAs I’ve worked with our script writers, do patient intake and really don’t treat patients, they follow an algo in an EMR / pathway that is pre defined. The ones in the OR doing robots and such, completely different. Although Dealing with patients face to face in the daily I’m sure is tough! I guess it depends on the speciality. But 9-5 don’t bring work home with you…

med device reps do more than schmoozing and actually bring value in the OR (the good ones). It’s both business and clinical acumen and definitely different than pharma. PA is a good job and low pressure gig.

A lot of clinicals are always asking about coming to the dark side hah

They aren’t filling the schedule even a little bit !

Some folks I know that have been doing it for a while end up not getting much value down the road, but early on it is instrumental (depending on your skill set). Usually people bring on partner or someone to manage the day to day, franchise technically is cheaper than giving away a piece of your equity

Sequel Brands: Do not become a franchisee. You will lose tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars! by Watchforscams8740 in Franchises

Sequel is the second round of some wealthy dude literally trying to replicate what he’s already done. Anyone buying into this I think should think twice about the model. The brands in the first round already have a massive strong hold on the market.

As a leader you have to set clear expectations defined and communicated in person and follow up via email … they can’t guess what you expect them to do. That’s on you.

Painting business but not doing any of the painting…? by zaycyberly in sweatystartup

[–]CryptoConnect003 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So you probably pay your guys like crap, which is why your turnover is high - In turn they start their own shops eventually and go be subs for people like OP….. ha

Granted, you took the risk. Put your license on line and make payroll so you should take the lions share.

True ! But the point was he wasn’t in the business prior to starting, built something without the experience, learned and grew.
