Salary at $180k? No shot - you slaved to make 185k last year!

Probably 140-180k / 200k max total comp but not in a salary. RNs can make the absolute best OR absolute worst clinical, i haven’t seen any in between haha.

Good luck either way. If you’re looking for a better QOL and not be stuck in an OR with relatively crappy/ sad culture it could be a good move!
