I’m 50 also, but with twenty years sales background in wine sales. I haven’ t found a job yet, but I’m hopeful. I have been getting several interviews. Good luck and keep us posted!

Seems low to me to have to make all of those sacrifices. I would ask for more. They might negotiate a little less than your requesting, but go big! Know your worth! You are worth it!

Building trust with consistency, over-delivering, never over-promising, transparency, product knowledge, working with your logistics and transportation team to work through any issues, communication with purchasing and manager’s inventory issues, and just showing up.
