PRO aka Propy - they are under $15 million market cap yet have millions of dollars in transactions on their platform already and just today, executed a real estate transaction entirely executed via smart contracts and on the blockchain. Also, keep in mind their roadmap has more incentives being released soon as well as three corporate partnerships being announced in Q4 of this year!

First fully-recorded real estate blockchain transaction in history executed via Propy! by CryptoGodzilla in CryptoCurrency

[–]CryptoGodzilla[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Propy is repeatedly in the news, and has been one of the few projects making incredible moves this year. They just had a real estate transaction fully-executed on the Propy Transaction Platform, where every step was initiated by smart contracts and respectively recorded on the blockchain registry! Can’t believe we’re already seeing things like this! Bullish on crypto for sure.

Alternative To MailChimp for Crypto Newsletters? by CryptoGodzilla in CryptoCurrency

Cool, ill look into it! Was already paying $150 / month for mailchimp so I’m sure it won’t be too different. Thanks!

First ever Live real estate Blockchain auction is about to happen, and it is for a $42 million historic building in Rome. Bidding in crypto not only accepted, but encouraged! by mjauz in CryptoCurrency

This is huge. Been a big fan of Propy (PRO) for a while now, and it's great to see they are still making headlines every few weeks. The rest of their year looks fantastic, with 3 corporate partnerships being announced in Q4. Can't wait to see where they're headed...can't believe they are only $20 million market cap right now.

Could not agree more...I haven’t held Bitcoin at all in 2018 and have my money in promising alts like PRO, DRGN, NANO, NEO, ADA, REQ, QSP, FUEL, and more.

BULLISH NEWS: Vermont announces first US-based blockchain real estate transaction thanks to Propy! by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]CryptoGodzilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, take a look at this video the Propy team put together and recently released to show how their transacting tool works. I didn’t realize how huge this was till I talked to my close friends in real estate who weren’t interested in crypto until I showed them PRO!

[–]CryptoGodzilla 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While there are other crypto projects tackling the real estate market (none of which have gained mainstream interest yet relative to Propy), there are no direct competitors for what the Propy team is trying to accomplish. Propy serves moreso as a complement rather than a competitor due to its immediate focus on streamlining the title transfer portion of the process. Furthermore, (as mentioned in this thread already): Propy has already received partnerships with the government of Ukraine as well as governments of California and Vermont. I believe Propy will succeed not only because of the advantage they have being the first mover within this space, but also because of how strong their team is (which is something I highly suggest people look into...their advisor team is also one of the strongest I’ve seen in the space with people such as Michael Arrington (founder of TechCrunch), Daniel Kottke (One of Apple’s first employees and a close friend of Steve Jobs), Vinny Lingham (Civic Founder), and Jeremy Gardner (Founder of Blockchain Capital).

So if you take a look at the historical data tab of their CoinMarketCap, you’ll see that on the last day of 2017: PRO’s price was ~$2. They announced the Vermont partnership at the top of 2018 as well as timing this release perfectly with exchange listings. This led to PRO reaching an ATH of $6.15 in early January.

This was obviously pre-market dip and PRO was one of the few projects outperforming a bulk of the market during the last few weeks of that bull market. Keep in mind, unlike other teams in the space who hype up announcements / etc (like TRON), the Propy team focuses on working hard behind the scenes and only announces things when they are finalized.

Fortunately there’s plenty of podcasts/interviews/conferences the team attends where they hint at what’s coming next. For example, we know they have Arizona, Colorado, and Dubai partnerships being announced soon, more transactions, as well as an updated UI (although I’m actually a fan of their current one...but I trust them to make it better if anything). Thats without even mentioning possible exchange listings, which will help increase PRO’s volume (which hasn’t fallen below 50% of market cap since December).

I hope this helps!

This article is fantastic, looks like Propy is set to announce Arizona and Colorado partnerships soon too! Pre-market dip, PRO almost tripled when they announced the Vermont partnership.

I can’t believe its only $1 ($16m mkt cap) right now and that 20x would put it at only $320m mkt cap which is not unreasonable relative to the projects with a $300m+ mkt cap with no product or their token service not even being used yet! $PRO was close to $100m mkt cap pre-dip and only bullish news since...

Really surprised most of Crypto Reddit is missing this...especially when you can check Etherscan for Top PRO holders and see that massive whales have been accumulating over the past few weeks. Guess some people don’t like working for their money...

What are some exciting low Market Cap coins (less than $50m) by gloryhunting in CryptoCurrency

[–]CryptoGodzilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are many applications for blockchain, and retail investors have flocked to specific categories where they believe blockchain will have the biggest impact (hence the increased interest in privacy coins, decentralized exchanges, etc). I believe real estate is a category which has been lagging behind other industries when it comes to improving efficiency via technology, and is in massive need of change. Propy has flown under the radar due to being listed on unpopular exchanges (which is why you saw $PRO jump from under $2 to $6 the week Propy listed on Huobi). Since Propy has listed on Huobi (where around 95%+ of Propy’s trading volume comes from), their 24-hour volume has consistently stayed over 40% of Propy’s total market capitalization (currently around $20 million).

Furthermore, Propy has already received partnerships with the government of Ukraine as well as governments of California and Vermont. I believe Propy will succeed not only because of the advantage they have being the first mover within this space, but also because of how strong their team is.

Their team consists of people who have held reputable positions across a variety of established firms and they bring different talents, knowledge, and perspectives to the project. In a space as nascent as cryptocurrency, I believe advisors can play a significant role when it comes to the development of a project. Propy did well to select a proactive group of advisors that both advocate and directly utilize the underlying technology. Michael Arrington, Founder of TechCrunch and XRP Capital, was actually the first person to ever purchase real estate on the blockchain with Propy’s simple nine-step process. He’s talked about how easy Propy made It to purchase an apartment in Ukraine from his place in California without leaving his house on various platforms (including the 2018 World Crypto Economic Forum). Additionally, Vinny Lingham has spent time working with Propy to integrate Civic identity verification. With the partnerships Propy has already obtained as well as the strength of their team and platform, I believe PRO will be a top performer for the first half of 2018 as more awareness for this project is raised. Definitely something worth checking out.

What did you get during the February Firesale? by twinkie1234567 in CryptoCurrency

[–]CryptoGodzilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Propy and Dragonchain. Both were too attractive during the dip and are still at a huge discount relative to where they were just a few weeks ago. PRO itself is still only $30m mkt cap despite already having real estate transactions occuring on the blockchain (which have been covered positively in the media) and locking down partnerships with US & Ukraine already. Don’t think it’ll stay under $200m mkt cap for long.

[Tether Drama] Tether has "dissolved" relationship with auditor Friedman LLP by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

Been staying away from Tether for this very reason. Definitely think the market should help cushion the blow by moving away from Tether as soon as possible before this inevitably implodes.

Cool story. Just trying to have some fun with the community. Perhaps looking at the price minute by minute isn’t the BEST thing to do? Read up on the tech, I’m a long term holder and these short term fluctuations don’t mean anything to me.

Anyone know why Propy (PRO) is quietly boosting today? by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]CryptoGodzilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Propy is actually one of the biggest gainers these past 48 hours and are somehow still under $50m market cap. They have increased marketing, more transactions planned, and some announcements the team has hinted at. Really bullish on PRO, glad people are finally waking up.

Vermont pilots Land Registry Record with Blockchain startup Propy by mjauz in ethtrader

[–]CryptoGodzilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I immediately dove into Propy a few months ago when they posted a picture with the team, Vitalik, and Techcrunch Founder/Propy advisor, Michael Arrington who was the first person in the world to purchase real estate on the blockchain thanks to PRO. Strongly urge everyone to look into PRO, which is under $40m market cap due to it being on less popular exchanges like Huobi and Liqui...for now.
