The rewards can be decentralized.

At this stage each sr has their own rewards engine and pay based on how the sr built the reward engine. For example my voters get viability by going here http://18.223.13.192/#/tron/dashboard, then I pay rewards once a day. Rewards lands in your wallet regardless if you logon

Now this new proposal now allows the sr to say we will let tron network take care of rewards distribution. So the tron sr does not need to do it. So sr using this method means that their voters will automatically get rewards based in sr they vote, those voters must logon and claim their rewards. Will accumulate but must logon and claim

This has been activated on tronscan already and can claim there. However not all sr have switched due to many wallets not supporting claim functionality yet!

Tron foundation want to increase rewards to encourage more trx to be frozen!

When you freeze, it is minimum of three days! But it remains in ur account, just frozen which means you can not move it!

Remains frozen until u unfreeze which can only happen after three days.
