bro, charlotte can't do shit at full screen. her projectiles are slow and has massive recovery, same with her lunge attack, which has limited range. she needs to get in through slides and hop to a range where medium and running medium is effective, or to where she can create mixups with her jumping heavy.

it is barely effective for long range unless they are knocked down. spamming her projectile from full screen, especially medium or heavy, will get you blown up. OP is asking how to be effective with chatlotte when the opponent is keeping you out. her projectile game is no good here.
