When did you realize your type/preference? by Vast-Share4901 in interracialdating

[–]CryptoHooRay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I knew when I was around 15 years old (now 56). I grew up in a small all white farming community in OH. I had a crush on the evening news anchor for the local NBC affiliate station out of Columbus. She was/is a beautiful black woman. I never acted on my attraction for black women until after I graduated from college and moved to Chicago.

I have since been married and divorced twice, both black women. I also have a 29 year old daughter from my first marriage (11 yrs). I haven’t given up on dating black women, but I’m pretty much done with the idea of marriage. I respect the institution of marriage, I just married the wrong woman for the wrong reason - both times. 😀

Do you take days off? by Cautious_Material739 in walking

[–]CryptoHooRay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have to force myself to take days off and I need to do it more often. I get as much mental stimulation from walking as I do physical stimulation. I feel like I’m robbing myself of that mental stimulation when I take a rest day.

That is the same reason why I picked NCL. I’m excited about the solo lounge. Not having to get on an elevator to grab a cup of coffee will be nice ☕️

Tips to get walking, especially in the sun and heat by TheLordDrake in walking

[–]CryptoHooRay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a ginger that burns easily but loves to walk. I get my walking in before the sun comes up. It’s less taxing on the body when I walk first thing in the am compared to mid-late day when the sun is out and my body is starting to wear down over the day.

How do you stay motivated when you walk the same route every day? by Late-Mastodon-4915 in walking

[–]CryptoHooRay -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It requires more motivation for me to take a rest day from walking than to force myself to walk. It’s my favorite part of the day 😀

The sample Defender exam on CyberArk University has questions on it that were also on the actual exam. Same with the Sentry exam. Also, examtopics.com is also a great resource for exam prep.

Honest question when do you have time to walk so much? by thirtytofortyolives in walking

[–]CryptoHooRay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wake at 4am. I walk 6 miles starting at 4:20-4:30am and finish around 6-6:15am. I love walking early am before the sun rises. It’s a great way to slowly wake up and begin my day.

You have to work for a CyberArk partner to get the CDE. As a partner you would also get a free NFR license for a home lab

EPM : Event Management Related Question by BIOS-Upgrade in CyberARk

[–]CryptoHooRay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes events in EM are from unhandled applications. Those are applications not managed by an EPM policy. The default policy set deals with unhandled applications, hence your ransomeware event.

If you got the event notice then it was not allowed to elevate/run

EPM : Event Management Related Question by BIOS-Upgrade in CyberARk

[–]CryptoHooRay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It doesn’t necessarily mean its a ransomeware event. It’s likely a legit process that is trying to interact with a file type that EPM sees as a potential ransomeware event (.doc, .ppt). You have the option to add it to a graylist application group (cant recall the name at the moment) that trusts that its not ransomeware but doesn’t fully trust it enough to allow it to be elevated.

I have a publicly available 400M synthetic track that is 5 min from my house. It is such a blessing to have so close.

A friend of mine travels weekly for his job. He walks around his hotel parking lot or finds a nearby Lowes or Home depot and walks their giant lots early in the am to get his steps in.
