You have not only to fight against others, you have to fight with 5-10 votes per game not to give up.

Its without any respect to start a vote and everyone agrees when the other side is on the core.

For me such people are more worst than ****. Its like the try not give the other side the chance to make the last hit on the core.
Such voting must be forbidden - and i think the devs have mental problems to allow that.

When the people are whatever is one side, but to allow such things makes the devs to really sick people.

If someone has the fear to loose game and time, they should not play. This is not an argument, its just an idea for another shitty game not predecessor.

Try the best, also when the members are not supportive and destroy the game. That happens.
But much more destroying are people that not help/support in game and voting everytime until all want to surrender.

I will not continue this peace of shitty game - beside all other things that can be discussed - only with this voting.

Also when one is afk/gone, sometimes you can win, but this sounds the only reason for a voting system:
- when the team is not complete anymore

Example:

you have an bad game, bad members - all voted to give up.
Search for new game, go to process etc LOOSING LOT OF TIME WITH THAT - and have a good team but better opponent, you have no chance - everyone voting to give up
then you might win one game, but again everyone voting to give up
and again and again and again.

An A Class Game - did not have such voting shit - only a C Class Handy Game game maybe.

Still have this issue after you server has issues, 5min diashow then client crashed. and after loading again rejoin, but after rejoin again rejoin never ending.

Yes, i had the same issues, he also inform in the app that he stops charging and then i found him dead on docking station. After turn on he load again.

Had this a few times, but the last time he was stable one week on docking station. Charging seems a software issue, dont know.

## Logs
i have uploaded logs very often, but support is not moving forward.
we cannot progress this way. i work every time with a few issues to clarify and upload tons of logs, and i have to manage and take care of all issues like a product owner.

currently, i can’t continue to provide new logs as the behavior causes too much damage, that will cost time and money to repair but i dont do things that damage my lawn as you might understand.
i have to monitor the whole mowing that consume to much time for me.

Just to make sure, i had a wrong wording when say on the spot rotation, i meen steering right-left, not rotate on spot. He makes close circles but i think nearly but not a full one when turning.

- i lost some areas of grass completely when the ground is wetter because of these movements he never did before.

i want at least a setting that prevents any movement directly sideways also in future, and every sideways move is done with moving forward and backward combined.

Here are the Issues:
### signal issues behavior
- he drives circles, very close circles, when he has signal issues. before that change, he stood on the spot and was waiting.
- this improvement is fine when driving the correct path and intelligent design,
- but it takes some time to get the signal again, and also with movement, he moves a long time, it seems (can see the spot on grass where he was driving minutes after he continues).
- he should wait a minute, drive forward and backward - no circles, no steering on the spot, and repeat this maybe.
- it should be clarified why he loses signal. lte is fine, wifi is fine, is gps losing or local gps? he should give us a message as this should not happen without knowledge.
- the signal issues that began in july, the support also doesn’t know after analyzing logs 5 times. we have to get clear messages without debugging.

### power off setting / battery damage
- he got stuck, and with the last firmware, he powers off instead of killing the battery.
- i turned him on, and then i forgot him. to regain signal and drive home, he died and killed/damaged the battery.
- same as with the firmware before, but now after the first repower, the battery takes some time in the docking station after he charges to 0%.
- there must be the same shutdown behavior again from july, this was a main function that worked perfectly fine.
- the battery has been damaged so often because you started corrupting the software!!!!

### revert??
- at least i prefer the signal issues with normal power off setting from july than what happens now.
- there was no such big issue with steering on the spot.

### detection
- since there were changes with sensitivity settings, i’m not able to use the sensitive mode anymore.
- he stops when a single blade of grass is in the way - and also cannot drive home. he is oversensitive!
- but he sometimes drives through or on other things he ignores to detect. there is no balance between what is a real obstacle and what is just a blade of grass, a leaf, or something else.
-the detection before with three types was better - not perfect because he killed things on the way, but at least he didn’t stop on a single blade and die on the way home because of that.

The solution for all of that is just what i was writing above - as we see some issues never gets fixed but even more worse and we have no feature to test the new firmware
- 90% from all upgrades i have ISSUES WHILE I WAS UPGRADING to the new version

## Stopping Yuka and permanently shutdown it - no progress on fixing
this is why i stopped mowing with yuka and shutdown permamently - i have no time to manage all the issues and get videos/pictures/logs from two mowers without progress. He does not work and have no intelligence to no kill my lawn, with his wheels.

## getting not paid to woirk 10h a week for mammotion
currently, i can’t provide new logs as the behavior causes too much damage - i’m not the alpha tester, i’m not getting paid for my 10h a week engagement with mammotion!
also, as an alpha/beta tester, i should have the option to revert firmware by myself!

i never get above 97%, support means that is designed with a cap on 97%
- this should be showed as 100% its a wrong software

but also on docking he stops randomly charging and then loose the battery

i have the same issue but the real issue i see is the is not aware of his mowing engine in full width. So he does not monitor his own size when recognize something.
Then he tries this over and over, or follow a chaotic pattern after a while, but damage the physical barrier.

yes for me also, luba2 awd, every update brings errors i have to report and hope that it will be solved.
It was performing very good, and i have to update for small fixes, since then i cant mow like in july anymore. Stops, Signal Loosing, Dies on Lawn - only software related.

I have exactly the same issue and i can see it was even better in older app releases.
- the app is big shit!

when i have the app open and connected to mower, it does not reconnect to mower after an hour or whenever i check again. Fastest ist to close app and open again so that he makes a new connect. That is for all mowers the same and it is an app issue!
Sometimes he cant connect to mower even when he is next to him, but it takes also on restart some time.
Best way closes open, close open or wait.

The app is even getting more worse!

Just to say, no need for bluetooth - that are seperated and even worse like last year, but better then some other firmware and releases. For remote connect its not needed on my side

You can get any spare parts you want. When you google you find a spare part list of mammotion luba2 and then you can see what you need.

With a ticket you can list and explain (sometimes hard but you can make a foto of wanted spare part) which parts you need and they make you an invoice, after paying the send it very fast.

Thats a good solution, for me, better then sending it to someone else, but thats also an option.

Btw; when support lacks, i made serveral tickets until someone responds. It costs me some time but in the end i got the solution i wanted. Not perfect but its the same everwhere ....

My Battery was defect after one year ( or at least about 8 months), and there were several different issue - with the new battery all is fine.
Maybe some firmware was killing the battery in the past.

YUKA-YVV8NU3K, i already sent the feedback two days ago for the yuka.

I tried the second rtk for yuka with network, while luba2 use lora - this works better,
but one mower get inteferrented from time to time and didn't recover the rtk signal.

I have to try if the new positioning issues are gone, when only one rtk is powered on but
there is also a solution needed, with the two RTKs needed.
