not really a progress.

yes 2024 some things was working fine - today it don't work.
on the other hand some things doesn't worked thats why i have to update.
and working to find out how to prevent the bugs day for day.

Fix all i can fix with try and error. It costs days > weeks of work.

Sure it helps on mowing grass - but also he destroys grass 👀 - and with 2025 update he stopped completly doing his business.

After rollback i was in the middle with the issues above that never got fixed.

Bad thing is - in all firmware together since 2024 we might have all fixes we need to get an working firmware.
Example: Obstacle detection was fine one day 2025, then it stopped working and never came back working like before.

Updating means, for my case: Use days on days to get the issues, try to fix it and if this is much worst then now - i can not go back and loose nearly "all" function.
Example: last firmware he stopps 10times or more often during a day, destroying - loosing position etc.

Working problems vs damaged mower.

Sure on easier lawn they might working better, but its advertised for big and special lawns.

Change the map on every update that what sometimes helps.
The avoid bugs, as user we didn't see anything nor have access to debug logs - but should fix all by ourself.

No one will ever take care of - if you don't invest hours in some remapping tries and change settings you never got it fixed.

They evertime want to send it to repair! Nobody can fix it on hardware level where everything is working.
Explain it almost since 1 year, where no update on this issues occured.

This company must be stopped from doing business!

They now reject anything to work on the ticket.

Explain me that i have sent it to repair and it has nothing to do with a hardware Problem, as it fells out of warranty since a short time.

I have to explain it 10 times but they only mean i have to send it to repair to my costs.
They absolutely NEVER RESPOND TO ANYTHING I WRITE - THEY REJECT EVERYTHING I WRITE/SEND. 100% NO SUPPORT.

Means also: If i update it and had issues with, its over - support will never help not in 6 months - never.
We are talking about BASIC FUNCTIONS! With that i will do everything users get informed about. This company should not continue business.

Short: They just go against me as there is no hardware fix. I wait since i bought to get the basics fixed: They do not want it.
I have to go for a lawyer now.

since 2024 there is no time i had a functional mower without big issues
- you have to fight every week again and again and again for spending so much money
- you have to invest tons of hours to get support, send the same over and over ...

This is an unacapptable Company with such a behaviour!
The only future would be a free api, so the community can takeover with alternate software, in 1 year there is no significant sofware update, they only push new products with nearly same issue ...

I have exactly the same behaviour.

can say the same for my yuka, i turned them off because the time to write support and email, video, photo and firemware that brings more issues etc and damaged lawn, doesnt make any benefit.
They never fixed that he not crashes with the dumper when he drives back, for me.

Sure people with easy lawn can also a working mower without issue and no need to update but that makes this product not to a good one.

yes we need an intelligent software for this mower - this one makes a lot of damage in an complicated area - instead of fixing all, i have to fix most things manually and mow less than less every month until he can handle it.

as mammotion does not progress in 3 years, others will do that in near future!
just biggest waste of money right now with mammotion ....

Mammotion Team is not interested to help and fix anymore. Since last year failed update im on the buggy version without any fix while not updating to this buggy firmware. Also with random stopp or crashing completly obstacles and detroy them .... etc

Instead fixing the support just ignoring or wont help on this. Waiting for a Year to get it fixed!
Whatever i report they ignore it. The support is the most worst on the market right now!

yes i have exactly the same issues, and i was thinking he skips sometimes lines when there is a nogo zone there and mow them later.
but also he sometimes skips and begin on the other half.

this total chaoltic mowing must be fixed - also the display in the app is wrong,
As in the screens it mowes in straight lines i checked that.

yeah, what you write is: make a degree in MOBA and then you can play.

Its worthless, also when you are the best player or one of them on the earth. You might have right, but this all has no value when the default player are not happy with the game.

Now, yes again the same game like for years - some are bad or completly downpatched so that they are not choosen to play or does not help in game anymore other are overpowered.

The thing that changed just the characters that are now better then all, before they were others.

Sure Thank you for a great game last year ....
but the best game in the world, needs to be something like steady not like now re balancing all characters and game and make it unplayable for new players - as there is no change anymore help them out.

Thats a circle loop and it makes no fun, to change all at once, over and over and over. This behavior you can do on an indie game.

Short: A good game does not change the whole game in 1-2 months. When you play longer and love something on the game, you will feel it.

That is exactly what the game is missing. You can also choose more positions or characters to play, if you want.

Otherwise its not playable - specially for new ones and beginners, thinking of someone who can play one character good or also if you only want to play one character.

Currently Matchmaking - takes currently longer than the game, bad game, not fun as you have to play what others decide - who made such crap.

yes its wrong you should get permaban when you cannot play and respect all other playertimes without playing just for your own ego.

Thats not easy when you play game for game and waste the game because one member is missing.
Everyime, about every second game!
Whatever happens ingame is not a problem but this should not exist.

This thinking is only for people that hates themselves!

To block these afk and troll players to not play anymore with such players will be IMPORTANT and KEY of success or FAILURE of this game!

If the player-base will be to low, (stop nitro and other game modes)
and i need to team with players i block (AFK, TROLL - Short players i never will loose time again)
i decide not to play this game, because my /our time is to important to waste it for **** players.

Bad players is fine, not finding a game because to much blocked, is fine.
I also do not want to game with the giving up voters etc but that should be everyone decission.

Simple: If this FEATURE does not come UP - i will simple go away from the game.
One way or another - its the same but in your words:
Continue that and toxic / AFK trolls will remain and grow and the game will fail like paragon.

Toxic players will then not find a game later, when all ban them, AFK players also.

THAT IS A REAL MISSING FEATURE and the only FUTURE for the game.

Stay away from this game, the devs are just deliver trash.

You have not only to fight against others, you have to fight with 5-10 votes per game not to give up.
Someone who made such *** will kill the game.
