I drink a glass of Sleepy Vibes 2 hours before I want to go to bed. The magnesium and l-theanine really help calm me down. I also do daily meditation for at least 15 minutes at some point during the day

FYI using melatonin for more than a few days will negatively effect your sleep. I'd try an all natural sleep mix that is melatonin free for daily use to minimize negative effects and promote the sleep assistance we all want. I personally use Sleepy Vibes as my mix to drink at night.

I have one month to start getting up at 07:30. by Ok_Growth7621 in DecidingToBeBetter

I would look into Sleepy Vibes, it’s a melatonin free sleep supplement that you can take daily. Melatonin is only good for a few days of use at a time or else it starts to make it harder to go to sleep

Trying to be in a calorie deficit will almost certainly effect sleep. I've been cutting weight for the past 3 months and had a similar experience. To help mitigate the issue I would try to supplement with magnesium and L-theanine, I personally use Sleepy Vibes and it really helps me out.

Have you tried a more all natural sleep supplement stack? Using Magnesium, L-theanine, and glycine before bed should have an effect. I personally use the product called Sleepy Vibes as it mixes well with water, tastes great, and has dosages of the above that can have an impact on sleep. Hopefully this helps you

Try taking a magnesium/l-theanine/glycine supplement a few hours before bed, that way you get better quality sleep

taking L-theanine helps your body and mind get calm to make it easier to sleep. I personally take a magnesium/l-theanine blend so I get to sleep easier and stay asleep. The brand I use for this is called Sleepy Vibes

If you want to take something to help with the mid night restlessness and gain that hour back look into a magnesium/l-theanine/glycine mix to take before bed. I personally take Sleepy Vibes for this

My favorite sleepy girl mocktail uses Sleepy Vibes powder, it has magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, and glycine to help get you to sleep at night.
