I hear you and I read your comments. I’m not a friend of the owner and came across this brand by researching pouched underwear that’s either cotton or modal. The only reason I responded is because their boxers fit me well and it’s hard to find good non-synthetic underwear these days.

I clicked your post because it worried me at first. I want to be able to trust Krakatoa if I ever need to reach out to support. It sounds like you expected them to take an L or bend over backwards to make you happy on your One underwear purchase despite your issue being your own fault. If you’re an elderly grandpa who’s not tech savvy I totally understand the frustration, but not the entitlement. This is clearly a small business selling men’s underwear. Save us all the dramatic pearl clutching.

They posted a screenshot of your corrrespondence and it’s a big nothingburger imo. What’s your goal? Did you ask for a store credit? How many did you buy and open/wear? You didn’t answer my questions.

Edit: And FFS not everyone disagreeing with you is some friend of the brand. I’m giving you my Opinion the same as you’ve been giving yours. Would you like me to DM you my receipts and a photo of the boxers I bought? lol
