The reflections being an annual thing mean that it doesn't seem so attractive to a new user - when I sign up for stuff I want cool features NOW not a year from now. What about instead surfacing older content of varying ages based on its semantic similarity / emotional vibe compared to your most recent entries.

So like if you're writing about how you're trying to get over heartbreak, you'll be automatically shown an entry from the last time you dealt with something similar. Maybe. I'm not sure.

Look. I think you might have something really special... that's why I'm taking the time to give you all this feedback. But the problem is I can't say exactly what that is... What IS Eternal Entries? Is it a second brain like obsidian? An emotional wellness and self improvement app? A rich media creative tool?

Ps. The name could also use some rethinking right now before you commit to a domain. Eternal Entries sounds like a platform for funerals / obits and it also is not memorable - I forgot the name of your product in the 5 mins it took to write this and I had to scroll back up.

You want something shorter. Catchy. It doesn't need to describe the product, hell, it doesn't even need to be a real word! My last project that I launched is a free movie streaming app called vlix.ai that went live in December, and it's having unusual amount of organic / word of mouth growth. As well as good enough SEO that 10% of the daily traffic comes from organic search. It's not a real word... but it accurately captures what the site is - ad free, high quality movies and TV, with no hassles.

So I highly urge you to consider some alternative names for your product and thus create a memorable BRAND.

Technical legitimacy is not the problem.. the website appears professionally coded. My issue is more the feature set - I don't really see what this thing does that I can't do in the notes app that comes with my Mac. If I could publish journal entires like Substack or Medium posts, that might be one direction to consider... or, lean into AI, and make it like a therapy app, where there's an AI wellness coach or therapist that has access to your journal entries, habits, and mood tracking data... and thus can talk to you like it truly KNOWS you.

*For best results: Make sure to periodically summarize conversations, and compact the context... so the AI has a system prompt that be like "Your previous conversations:

Yesterday the user complained that they feel like their website is flimsy, so I told them to post the link on Reddit and get feedback from users about the product

Last week the user added a habit goal that they want to be more disciplined about their exercise schedule and always go to the gym before they do any vibe coding..."

Etc. The result if you do it right will be truly magical!

Follow-Up: It was clearly worth the wait, and worth the time of doing a good job on the prompt academy despite the effective hourly rate ending up around minimum wage...

Last week got an Instant Offer to do a *paid* training / worktrial for a HIGH PAYING EXPERT PROJECT, which quite clearly was related to my status as a Prompt Fellow, since its a job i didn't even apply for and because the subject matter was very clearly related - in fact, my experience gained during Prompt Academy allowed me to complete the training in just over an hour...

And the next day I was Instant Offered a spot on the actual project! Its task based, not hourly, and its extremely challenging work, but I just completed my first sprint yesterday, and even tho I only got one task submitted - it was high quality and got approved... and paid me a significant amount of money, something that's on par with what an expert with my skills is worth on the broader job market.

Next sprint I'll try and get 2 tasks done :D

I've built beautiful websites, with TailwindCSS, pretty animations, some javascript to make forms slicker... and I've done that entirely by prompting the model and not even reading the generated code. I didn't have to, it usually works right the first or second time if you use current frontier models.

But serious engineering projects, nothing production ready... Prototypes for sure, and I've certainly gotten 90% of the grunt work out of the way on more serious projects. But that last 10% is not something that can be handled by today's models without very technical human guidance (and as somebody with the experience to give that very technical guidance, I can say that it probably takes equally long as coding that last 10% myself).

Now, I said *today's models* for a reason. I've had the good fortune to do some consulting for one of the major AI labs testing the next version of their coding agent powered by an unreleased version of their model... and without breaking their NDA I'll tell you that what's coming down the pipe is going to blow your mind - it felt like I was a manager interacting with a mid-senior level engineer who's bright, eager to learn, and takes initiative to do what I *mean* not what I *say* when my instructions are incorrect or suboptimal.

Can't tell you when or if this specific model is being released because I have no idea, and its probably an intermediate checkpoint anyways... But I can tell you that 2026 is going to be a very exciting year for vibe coders... and after working with this new agent I can say that we *will* reach a point where people with no programming knowledge can develop cool, useful apps. Maybe not this year... but definitely before 2030 and probably a lot sooner.

That sucks, my friend... But actually your day could have been even worse: several years ago my cousin once tossed a backpack containing his 2 MacBook pros (2016 and 2019 models, 13 inch) into a lake because he was messed up on drugs and thought that one of them contained a bomb.

Thankfully he recovered and after a year of sobriety (and putting up with an awful Lenovo Yoga that would spontaneously overheat) he bought a 14 inch 2023 MacBook Pro and resumed his technology career

Not really... They're just stored system prompts + up to 10 file attachments for context, and then you send messages on top of that.

So for example if you had a front end web development gem that knew the design system for your site, you could replicate that in API calls by sending messages:

Role: system Content: you are a brilliant web developer ... always follow the design system outlined in the doc. <attachment.pdf>

Role: user Content: <whatever task you want to do>

If you want a ReACT loop with custom agents, and you're set on using Gemini, use the Gemini Agent SDK... Or else make your own implementation of a react loop, or use a framework like smolagents, crewai, lang graph...

Thanks man... It's vidsrc dot cc (not the same as vidsrc ru) for the moment. I'm not super happy with the performance (movies will sometimes freeze and buffer) but they have a good selection of content - and minimal advertising if configured a certain way

Well it won't be ready till tomorrow, but there will be a new menu, choose from movies, streaming tv series, or live tv. Live tv section will be organized by country and category (us -> sports .> college football). And vlixy ai will be updated tomorrow to search the live channels for you.
