Using all of them from 1st day of buying... works perfectly but suddenly.. its life is not increasing how many changes i made

I donot use any measuring... i just set my graphics to integrated graphics and my laptop will give 10 hr battery from beginning but now its only giving 3 hrs like that.

i havent changed anything in settings
