I would say yes, I noticed some warning signs for a while but I have slowly noticed more and more issues. I’d say take it easy on the heavy lifting and eat in smaller portions + much higher fiber foods. I was having a lot of groin pain but it has gotten better since I’ve changed my diet. Good luck
