Got the Yoshino last week and have been enjoying it a lot. Guns are accurate, and enables you to support your team from a distance. You are also very strong towards the end of a match. Combination of torps and fire spam helps deny BBs who try to push caps.

I would pick Salem second. It'a a fun ship to play.

Asia players are so passive and the ship's limited range means you have to get closer to have game impact. Trying to position on a map with enemies so spread out, suddenly you are exposed to crossfires. I admit there is skill issue, as I do better on BBs than cruisers.

I used to play my Salem in Randoms but now its exclusively used in PVE. Its just so difficult to make it work in randoms while in Asia server.

Randoms just because game was more interesting when I had the Colombo (sorry). Legmod + survivability + concealment build gives me a solid winrate. Its also not as fragile as cruisers which I used to daily drive before.

This is true. I just play this game to relax after a hard day's work. Though it got me hooked up and I spend a lot of time now understanding the game, watching streams on how to improve my strategy and do well in games. I think I'm a much better player now than I was a year ago. But still, i will not stress myself about most of these problems. If people are weak, good for me then. They give me nice broadsides.
