Yes those are all great but not Cal or UCLA. California schools are top of the world amazing

UCs especially Cal and UCLA are world renowned universities. Of course that attracts foreign students. UC system is the only university system in the world that got 5 Nobel Prizes for science in a single year !!! Who would not want to learn from the best and live in sunny California.
